Is the Cosifly fabric and padding hypoallergenic?

Yes, the fabrics are 100% cotton and the filling of the pads and neckband are made of organically grown millet husks. They are usually used for the filling of cushions for adults and children.

What is the weight of the Cosifly and its dimensions when folded?

The Cosifly has been designed to be comfortable, practical and easy to store.
Its weight is 1kg350 (size S/M) or 1kg450 (size L/XL). Its dimensions when folded in its carrying bag are 40cm wide, 35cm high and 10cm deep.

Is Cosifly suitable for children?

The size S/M is suitable for a child of at least 1m40. The vest will probably be loose, but the pads and neck strap are adjustable, so they will protect his back and neck.

Is Cosifly a registered design, are there similar designs?

The Cosifly is unique and is the subject of a registered patent. It will undoubtedly be copied but without the same comfort and quality requirements as the authentic Cosifly. Demand the original!

Does the Cosifly stay warm when worn?

Yes in the torso area as the fleece fabric provides this comfort.
The cross-over shape keeps the torso warm when closed, or more airy when open. The Cosifly is designed as a vest and is therefore sleeveless.

Where and how is Cosifly made?

The Cosifly is made in Portugal, near Porto. Our manufacturer SCOOP has been selected for its ethical and eco-responsible values. SCOOP is certified ISO 9001-2015 for its quality requirements.

What materials are used to make Cosifly?

Apart from the small haberdashery (carabiners, stopper balls, sliding buckle, etc.), the materials are 100% natural (cotton and millet husks).

Is Cosifly machine washable?

Yes, to wash your Cosifly safely, you should preferably select a delicate programme at 30° and a slow spin.

Is it possible to put Cosifly in the dryer?

Yes, you can dry your Cosifly on a gentle program. To dry the millet bales completely, we recommend that you hang the Cosifly and leave it in the open air for about 24 hours, then knead the different cushions so that the millet bales are well distributed in their envelopes.

Should the vest be removed from the comfort cushions for maintenance?

For practical reasons, only the neck strap is removable. The Cosifly can be washed in its entirety (vest and cushions) with the same washing and drying program for the whole.

Can Cosifly be dry cleaned or dry-cleaned?

Cosifly can only be machine washed, not dry cleaned or dry-cleaned, which uses too aggressive solvents.

How can I change my Cosifly if I ordered the wrong size?

What are the delivery methods and times?

Depending on the carrier chosen, between 24 and 48 hours in Metropolitan France and between 2 and 4 days by DHL in the EU, except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The Cosifly can be shipped by GLS, CHRONO 13 or by DHL.

Can I be delivered to another address than the billing address, for example to make a gift?

Yes, it is possible. The Cosifly is very well presented. You can therefore have your gift delivered directly to the person for whom it is intended. To do this, indicate the delivery address of your choice when you place your order. And don't worry, the package does not contain the invoice with the price.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via MONETICO by credit card (MASTERCARD, VISA) and payments made with PAYPAL (MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS).

Are bank transactions secure on the Cosifly shop?
